  All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

• Order Cancellations
  If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at nyc.y2k.contact@gmail.com. Orders may only be canceled if we receive your request before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at nyc.y2k.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your case and provide assistance.
