Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. -
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. -
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. -
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or factors outside our control, such as customs, weather, or holidays. -
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. -
Lost or Damaged Packages

International Shipping
